This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and digital products purchased from Oye Services through https://www.oyeservices.com or by direct agreement.
1. Monthly / Recurring Marketing Services
You may cancel a recurring service plan by giving written notice (email to hello.oyeservices@gmail.com) at least 15 days before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing; fees already paid for the current service period are non-refundable, as work is planned and performed on a continuing basis.
2. One-Time Projects (websites, logos, design work)
Advance payments cover project initiation, research and design time. If you cancel a project: (a) before any work has started — we will refund the amount paid minus a 10% administrative charge; (b) after work has started — we will refund on a pro-rata basis for work not yet performed, at our reasonable assessment; (c) after final delivery or approval — no refund is available.
3. Digital Products and Downloads
Because digital products (templates, creatives, files) can be copied once accessed, all sales of downloadable digital products are final and non-refundable, except where the file is defective or materially not as described and we are unable to replace it within 7 days of your report.
4. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
If you are charged twice for the same order, or charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error, we will refund the excess amount in full within 7–10 business days of verification.
5. Service Deficiency
If you believe a delivered service is materially deficient or not as agreed, notify us at hello.oyeservices@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will first attempt to correct the deficiency by rework or replacement. If we cannot remedy it within a reasonable time, we will offer a partial or full refund of the affected deliverable at our discretion, acting in good faith.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank or payment-gateway processing times may add additional days beyond our control.
7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Email hello.oyeservices@gmail.com from your registered email address with your order details, date of payment and reason for the request. You may also raise a support ticket from your client area. We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
