Oye Services provides digital services and digital products only. No physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how and when our services and products are delivered.
1. Digital Products
Downloadable products purchased through the Site are delivered electronically. After your account/purchase is confirmed, files become available in your client area at https://www.oyeservices.com/client — typically immediately, and in all cases within 24 hours. If a file is not available within 24 hours, contact hello.oyeservices@gmail.com.
2. Marketing Services
Recurring marketing services (social media posts, creatives, campaign management) are delivered on the schedule stated in your service plan — for example, creatives shared via the client area, email or WhatsApp on the agreed posting calendar.
3. Project Work
Websites, logos and other project deliverables are delivered digitally (via the client area, email, or file transfer) as per the timeline agreed in the proposal. Timelines commence after receipt of the advance payment and all required materials from the client.
4. Delays
Delivery timelines may be extended due to delayed client inputs/approvals, third-party platform outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed of any expected delay.
5. Wrong or Inaccessible Delivery
If you receive an incorrect file or cannot access a purchased download, report it within 7 days at hello.oyeservices@gmail.com or via a support ticket and we will re-deliver promptly at no charge.
